There is a Halloween Party at a local bar with a $500 prize for best costume. I am going as a Billionaire For Wealthcare and hope to take first place! This is a good opportunity for all...
  • Can you say "witty", "intelligent" and "entertaining"? I knew you could. Thank you for bringing progressive intelligence to a discourse that has grown increasingly ignorant and base.
  • You guys rock. That's all. Totally. Rock.

  • You guys are my new heroes! I wish you had a group here in Texas!
  • Back in October of last year, I met with the "Billionaire for Bush" here in Brevard County, FL. They were awesome, and I highlighted them at the end of my vlog about the McCain rally we all "protested" at. The website link is to that video. These folks are awesome, and I have been contacted by them today regarding an upcoming Town Hall meeting with Bill Posey (R) Fl - yes, the same Bill Posey who authored the "Birther" bill - asking that all candidates prove citizenship. Anyway, they will be at this Town Hall Roundtable in Cocoa - Here is the information:

The Brevard Billionaires, (Lobbyists, decadent heiresses, Halliburton CEOs, and other people of fabulous wealth) are desperately concerned that everyday Americans will find their way to the Health Care Town Hall Meeting threatening our corporate agenda for years to come. The Billionaires will redouble our efforts to discourage Americans from the powers vested in them by the Constitution. We will strive to maintain the wonderful plutocracy we've enjoyed under the Florida GOP.

    Hey Don!,

These guys were not using Ayn Rand's name. The clueless Looneytarian behind them was.

GREAT concept, though mostly lost on all of those knuckle-dragging reactionaries!

    Good luck!
    Health Care Reform Now!

I love the web site but there is a mistake in using Ayn Rand's name.

Ayn Rand didn't stand for greed, she distinguished between greed and selfishness.

Greed leads to loss, whereas recognition of self or selfishness always returns a value for everyone involved.

e.g. Stealing vs. paying for labor. Stealing will eventually exhaust the source(s) whereas paying for labor (and reaping the overages or profits) can be sustained indefinitely. This requires an agreement between employer and employee, one that both must have self interest in.

Bravo! Terrific satire that makes the points brilliantly. Keep up the good work.

I just came across an article, and the topic would make a great song/video. Since all Billionaires will love the bill Max Baucus has proposed, how about a song about it??

"Speaking before the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee Tuesday, former health insurance industry executive-turned-whistleblower Wendell Potter warned that if Congress "fails to create a public insurance option to compete with private insurers, the bill it sends to the president might as well be called the Insurance Industry Profit Protection and Enhancement Act."

Potter also struck back against one of the key arguments made against the public option: that it would have an unfair competitive advantage over private insurers.

'Contrary to the misinformation being disseminated by the health insurance industry and its allies, the public insurance option would not have a competitive advantage over private plans," Potter told the committee. "It would have to meet the same benefit requirements and comply with the same insurance market reforms as private plans. "

Potter, who was previously a vice president of communication at Cigna, also sharply criticized Democratic Senator Max Baucus' health care reform bill in a conversation with reporters Monday, calling the plan an "absolute gift to the industry." "

I have looked over your website and found your approach very clever. I am not a billionare but can pretend real good. I live in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. I was at Obama's Health Care Reform rally Saturday and got FIRED UP! READY TO GO!!
Before that I was discouraged with Obama because he isn't trying to end the war. My theory is, if you end the war you could pay for health care and lower the deficit drastically and save the lives of our troops. Peace is my major issue and it should be his.

I have some great photos of the Obama event that I can email if you let me know how to submit them.

    Thank You!
